The large venue space offered is ideal for a conference up to 400 guests. With two additional breakout rooms and location for catering necessities, you won’t have to look further where to welcome your guests and speakers.
Catering
With an in-house kitchen at the venue, we can offer your guests nutrient filed breakfast, lunch of snacks throughout the entire day. The menu’s change seasonally and only fresh produce is used to inspire the menu choice. It is also possible to choose your own caterer for the venue. Technology
As any event, each conference is unique in it’s own way and therefore the technical supplies that you may need will differ. We work with several reliable suppliers that are experts in their field and will be able to suggest the right equipment you may need. You are free to choose your own supplier if you prefer to do so. Please inform us in due time so that we can discuss the possibilities with them too!
From IJ-Events you can count on facilities such as free WI-FI internet, disabled toilets, audio and visual installation in meeting rooms and wireless microphones.
Layout Space
You may already have a clear idea how you wish your conference to look like. It is also possible that at the initial start you do not.
